Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I exchange the item I received for a different size, color, or model?

We do not offer the option to exchange products.

The product I want is sold out, when will it be back in stock?

If you sign up for the “Email When Available” notification on the product page we’ll be sure to let you know when the item’s back in stock. Send us a note at golf@helixgolf.com and we’ll give you an an estimated back in stock date!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Why am I not notified when my order is shipped?

A shipping confirmation email would have been sent to the email address provided at check-out however, it may have been blocked by a spam or smart filter. Please check your spam folder for this email.

I received the incorrect item, what should I do?

Please contact us so we can review and resolve this issues.  Note, we may require pictures of the incorrect item you received.

Can I return a personalized order?

Personalized orders is final sale and ineligible for returns.

OTHERS

Can I order replacement parts for bags?  (i.e. legs/feet/zipper)

Please contact us by email to request replacement parts such as zipper pulls, leg screws, or rubber feet. Additional concerns may be handled under our warranty services, which our customer service team will be able to assist with.
